Most people see projects. I see systems.
Welcome. This isn't a traditional portfolio.
When people visit a professional portfolio, they usually expect a collection of projects.
A résumé.
A timeline.
A list of achievements.
You’ll find some of those here.
But that’s not really what this publication is about.
For years, I worked across different fields.
International operations.
Finance.
Shared Services.
Human Resources.
Process improvement.
Artificial intelligence.
Creative projects.
At first, they seemed unrelated.
Looking back, I don’t think they ever were.
Every project taught me something.
Every role revealed another perspective.
Every challenge pointed toward the same question.
How do people, operations and technology work better together?
That question slowly became something bigger than a career.
It became a way of thinking.
Today, I don’t see isolated projects anymore.
I see systems.
Some are business systems.
Some are learning systems.
Some help people navigate careers.
Others explore how work may change in the future.
Different topics.
The same underlying pattern.
That’s why this portfolio isn’t organised chronologically.
It isn’t built around job titles either.
Instead, it’s organised around ideas.
Questions.
Frameworks.
Experiments.
And the real-world projects that shaped them.
Each page represents one piece of a much larger picture.
Together, they tell the story of how my thinking evolved.
If this is your first visit, I’d recommend starting with the introduction.
Not because it’s about my career.
But because it’s about the perspective behind everything you’ll find here.
I hope you enjoy exploring.

If you’re here for the first time, I’d recommend this order:
01 — Before We Meet
Who I am beyond the résumé.
02 — My Journey
How different experiences became one connected story.
03 — Career Map
How those experiences shaped the way I think.
04 — What I Build
