Workflow Systems ⟶
Explore workflow design, automation frameworks, knowledge transfer systems and scalable process improvement models.
“Work becomes more effective when knowledge, processes and technology work together.”
My interest in workflow systems comes from a simple observation: many organizations spend significant time on repetitive tasks, fragmented information and disconnected processes.
I am interested in designing workflows that reduce complexity, improve visibility and create more scalable ways of working.
This includes process automation, workflow design, knowledge systems and no-code solutions built with tools such as Make.
Rather than viewing automation as a technology project, I see it as a system design challenge. The goal is not simply to automate tasks, but to create workflows that help people focus on higher-value work while reducing operational friction.
