I’m currently working on the strategy and early development of a European platform for a highly specialized professional field.

The underlying question is simple: how could professionals, companies, opportunities and available expertise across different European markets become easier to discover and connect?

The work sits at the intersection of several things I enjoy building:

market and competitor research, European funding opportunities, positioning, community architecture, platform strategy, information structure and the design of the digital product itself.

We are currently working through the underlying model before expanding the platform.

Who is it for?
What information actually creates value?
What should remain open?
What could become a product or service later?
And how do you build something useful before trying to make it big?

The sector and project name can stay behind the scenes for now.

The interesting part for me is the system taking shape underneath it.

This is one of my more personal experiments.

We have a small plot near Lake Velence in Hungary, and over time it has become something more than a future home project. It is becoming a place to explore some of the questions I keep returning to around the Future of Living.

How much space do we actually need?
Can a home grow with our lives instead of being designed all at once?
What happens when energy, climate, landscape, technology, work and everyday routines are considered as one system?

The current idea is a compact, adaptable home that could evolve in phases, surrounded by a low-maintenance, climate-conscious garden.

For now, it remains a plan.

But that is exactly why I want to document it: from the earliest decisions and constraints to whatever eventually gets built.

For years, much of my work focused on designing operational systems, improving processes and creating structures that helped people navigate complexity.

Over time, a different question emerged.

What happens when the challenge is no longer operational complexity, but conceptual complexity?

How do you communicate ideas that are difficult to explain through reports, presentations or traditional learning materials?

Audio Frameworks began as an experiment to explore whether ideas could be experienced rather than simply explained.

Instead of publishing every concept as an article or framework, I started exploring whether some ideas could be translated into sound, atmosphere and visual storytelling.

What began as a creative exploration gradually evolved into a structured framework consisting of four complementary audio series.

Together, they explore focus, reflection, emerging signals and alternative futures through AI-assisted music, visual identity and systems thinking.

THE CHALLENGE

Most professional knowledge is distributed through structured formats.

These formats are highly effective when the goal is transferring information.

They are often less effective when the goal is communicating:

• uncertainty

Some ideas are easier to experience than explain.

The challenge was to explore whether music and visual narratives could become complementary tools for systems thinking and future-oriented exploration.

The project was built around a simple hypothesis.

Instead of asking:

How do we explain an idea?

How do we allow people to experience an idea?

This shift fundamentally changed the creative process.

Every project started with an observation, an emerging pattern or a conceptual framework.

Music became the final expression of the design process rather than its starting point.

The goal was never to create songs.

The goal was to create experiences capable of communicating ideas in a different way.

The series was created around the idea that focus is more than productivity.

SIGNAL is a series of original songs inspired by internationally researched stories, observations and ideas.

Each project begins with a written narrative. The story is then developed into lyrics, accompanied by a carefully chosen musical style and visual identity that best express its atmosphere and message.

Rather than adapting music to fit a story, SIGNAL treats music as another storytelling medium allowing ideas, emotions and research to be experienced through sound.

Developed as the official soundtrack series for A. TYPICAL programs and learning experiences, it accompanies moments of exploration, change and personal development.

HUMAN + AI COLLABORATION

Human Creativity × AI Amplification

The collection was created through an iterative collaboration between human creativity and AI-assisted tools.

The process combines:

Rather than replacing creativity, AI became an extension of the creative process.

In reality, music became only one layer of a much larger exploration into systems thinking, learning experiences and alternative ways of communicating ideas.

The project demonstrates that systems design can extend beyond operations and technology into learning, creativity and human experience.

While previous case studies focused on operational complexity and global standardization, this project explores how systems thinking can also shape creativity, learning and future-oriented experimentation.

FINAL OUTCOME

Audio Frameworks is not simply a music project.

It is an ongoing exploration of how systems thinking, creativity and AI-assisted design can expand the ways ideas are communicated, experienced and remembered.

By combining structured thinking with immersive media, the project demonstrates that sound can become more than entertainment, it can become a medium for exploration, reflection and learning.

From fragmented processes to one global control environment

OVERVIEW

Large global organizations often operate through regional structures that evolve independently over time.

As processes grow across countries, teams and business units, local variations can gradually reduce visibility, consistency and governance at a global level.

This project focused on transforming fragmented reconciliation activities across multiple regions into a unified operating framework designed to improve transparency, standardization and control.

The objective was not simply improving reconciliations.

The objective was creating a scalable control environment capable of supporting global operations through one common framework.

Designing a global control framework that transformed fragmented regional reconciliation processes into a standardized operating model.

THE CHALLENGE

At the start of the initiative, reconciliation activities were managed through multiple regional processes, local files and inconsistent control practices.

While each approach worked locally, the broader environment had become increasingly difficult to manage at global scale.

Key challenges included:

• Multiple regional operating models

• Different control environments

• Hundreds of balance sheet accounts

• Limited global visibility

As information became distributed across multiple files, regions and teams, visibility decreased and process consistency became increasingly difficult to maintain.

The same activity could be performed differently depending on location, creating additional complexity, governance challenges and operational risk.

The challenge was not reconciling accounts.

The challenge was creating consistency, transparency and control without losing local accountability.

MY APPROACH

Throughout the project, I approached the transformation through a systems design perspective.

Rather than focusing on individual tasks or isolated process improvements, the objective was to understand how information, controls, governance and workflows interacted across the wider operating environment.

The same approach continues to shape how I design operational frameworks, transformation initiatives and automation projects today.

TRANSFORMATION IN PRACTICE
