Predictable progress. Job titles as milestones.</em></p><p>That model is collapsing.</p><p>Not because people are lazy.<br>Not because Gen Z &#8220;doesn&#8217;t want to work.&#8221;</p><p>But because the system around us changed and <em>the idea of a career </em>didn&#8217;t.</p><p>A career assumes stability.<br>A system assumes <strong>change</strong>.</p><p>And right now, <strong>change </strong>is the only constant.</p><p>AI is rewriting job scopes.<br>Companies restructure faster than ever.<br>Skills expire in months, not years.</p><div><hr></div><h3>So what actually works?</h3><p>Not a career path.<br>A <strong>career system</strong>.</p><p>A system is not one job.
